The Orphan - Trouble Ripping

    Hi,

    anyone else having trouble ripping The Orphan? I'm getting the same trouble as with the Transformers (before the fix)but disabling pathfinder doesn't work with this one and the new DVDFab 6.1.2.5 isn't helping either.

    I'm having the same problem, tried 3 times, 3 times failed. I am using Clonedvd2 and Anydvd 6.5.9.5. The rips seem to go fine and everything seems OK until I try to play it on my dvd player. I will not even play on my computer. When I insert a blank disk for the burn the program says "writing..erasing" before it starts the burn. I had no problem backing up Transformers 2 but this one is giving me problems. Does anyone have any ideas?

    try ripping to hd with anydvd first and then use vob blanker to remove all but main movie. Then use shrink if needed and burn to disc

    I used AnyDVD 6.5.7.1 and CloneDVD 2.9.1.7 without errors.

    Used AnyDVD and DVDFab - everything worked fine!

    hi, i had no problem with orphan at all. i ripped it with dvd fab decrypter 5230, which is an old version. main movie only. then compressed it with nero recode, and burned the resulting file with imgburn. PERFECTO. I ALSO FIND THAT THE MOST RECENT VERSIONS OF DVD FAB ARE NOT AS GOOD AS THE OLDER VERSIONS.
