The screen on my HDTV will not turn on.

    I turn on the TV, and I can hear the sound just fine, but the screen will not power up no matter what I do. The TV is an Insignia 27" LCD TV. How can I fix this?

    Pull the plug out of the outlet, wait 60 minutes for the cpu to reset automatically,reinsert plug into wall outlet and then turn on. If still not working, read manual on trouble shooting or call for service.

    I had the same problem and had to replace my lamp. Can be expensive unless it's still under warrenty.
