Hi, I have just bought one of these boxes, i flashed the box with the v1.05 nov fix bin file and the bg-logo-080904 bin and everthing seemed to be working fine but after a short while there was no sound on most of the channels. when i flashed the box again it worked again for a little while and then lost the sound again.can anyone tell me what i am doing wrong!

You don't seem to be doing anything wrong, just make sure that the Scarts are pushed firmly in position, that's all.

thanks for your reply, but i had already thought of checking the scarts and they are pushed right in correctly. i bought 3 of these boxes, 1 for myself and 2 for other people and they are all the same. they work for a short while and then they lose the sound, although the FTA channels still have sound. if i re-flash the firmware they work for a while, sometimes i have to re-flash them after only 5 minutes. am i the only one with this problem?

There are few people with this sort of problem and i am one of them. i have 5 boxes with the same problem. The quickest way of getting the sound or picture back is turn keycode off, switch the box off and switch it on, now turn the keycode bcak to on again. i know it is a real pain, but it is lot quicker than reflashing. It is nothing to do with scart or cable feed as I have tried on 3 different places and sound/picture workd great until you change channels. I think it is something to do with the software and we'll have to wait until the full version comes out as it is still a beta version.
