the super box,still only updates

    ive read through loads but dont seem to be getting anywhere,ive a problem finding any channel apart from the frrserve ones,had them all till last week and now theyve all only updating,doesnt matter which one i try[apart from beeb 1 etc]ive updated box with latest 30/11 update,im on virgin should this be working?
