TheBox Super Freezing and Rebooting

    Hi i have problem with my TheBox Super, for last couple of days the picture get frozen and the box reboots itself. This is happening frequently now and some times it will reboot after every few seconds.Can any body suggest what is wrong ang how to fix it please? Thanks KKJ1

    Try re flashing it:
    If in the UK use the 7.09e
    or in dublin use the 6.01e

    Also how can u format/delete the existing file and go about downloading an older version.

    If you click on the 2 links below my sig you will find the relevant links... I am in Dublin also and have one of the older SV3 boxes and use the 6.01e and have had no problems with it, if yours is one of the newer ones use the 709e... and also do a factory reset first>

    Guys, i have reset the box to factory settings and downloaded ver 7.00. But i still have the same problem. Its just keep on rebooting after few seconds.Any thoughts?

    If you are in the uk use the v8.00 on your box you will also have to do a factory reset and then rescan your box

    Guys, i am in dublin and have used both ver 6&8 after factory settings. But the Box is still behaving badly by rebooting itself.Is there any thing else i can do or is there any thing i am not doing correctly?

    You could try the 7.09, is is supposed to be for people having trouble with V.8.
