Hi all, All my channels disappeared, went to menu turned emu on, reset the default key thing, went to skysprots. The update window comes up It first says "info is updating" it then changes to "Data is updating" and the percentage sits on 0%. I have left it going for nearly hr got fed up and tried it again. Im NaughTyLiar customer in ireland. Any help would be really helpful Thanks, tsm

a lot of different boxes go on lazy update 0% and dont move,change to a different scrambled channel it should update it should move in less that 10 secs,or power off box then on works,it just needs a friendly nudge to wake it up lol.
this is the way to go if u want to erase all channel data and start from scratch,it is a bit extreme to do if box is not updating lol
heh the answer i gave myself worked, i knew you shoulda stayed lurking for longer! in case this happens to anyone else please do as above, the update only took about 1 min, and the channels all came back thanks to the OP:noelyf tsm
it is a great way of learning about problems with boxes u will soon be able to do it in u r sleep.lol
