    Hi, I have purchased TheBox but not able to get all the channels.I am getting few premium channels but not all. I am getting NO SIGNAL for the channels like Natgeo, Discovery, Sky news etc.
    Can any body help my getting all the channels please?

    Is the connection split in any way ie the main feed from your provider,and have you the coaxil connected to the cable input on the box?

    I don,t think the cable is splitted! I have coaxil cable from the main N|L socket to TheBox.

    so you have your coaxil plugged into the cable input socket on the box and your scart from your tv plugged into the tv scart on the box?by the way who did you purchase the box from?

    If you have a null modem cable there is a channel dump for the box super for dublin you could try that,all i can think of is you have a bad signal as i am in dublin and have no proplems at all,did you try rescanning them?

    Hi Karljd,

    Can u tell me how to do the channel dump with null modem cable please?. I have excellent signal strength for the rest of channel and have done the scanning 3 times. Thanks

    Karl is having problems keeping up tonight LOl
    you still didnt say wether you have The Box....
    or is it the Box Super, it makes a difference for downloads etc,

    Did you flash it with the v6.01 from eamos library?

    Well if you try flashing it you should get everything that is available in your area, do you know how to flash it?
