When using the GT-rom v8.00 it has an error saying "flash update fail retry or cancel" using an SR-232 cable.

you`ll need a null modem cable, they both look the same.
    The RS232 wont work.

It is a box super, Says on the box anyway.
I don't know about cables and stuff but I solved my problem by looking around here and activating the key emu.

I looked around first but these posts get confusing, I assumed The secret menu was another box because first few times it didn't work.
