Are we all just making it too hard? To take a VHS tape and put it on a DVD? I have D/L probably 200 "solutions" and "how to's" and I am about to pull my hair out. I have all the things I need, great machine but can't get audio to work and once in awhile they run out of time. I have enough software to film the next Hollywood movie. Does ANYONE just have a simple step by step solution they can send a crazy blonde? Thank you :)

The method I use to get reasonable quality is to use WinDVD Recorder to capture in Mpeg2 and author and burn with TMPGenc DVD Author. But the steps to setup, capture, edit, author and burn are to long for a simple reply. Capturing video and getting it to DVD is not simple stuff. Try these two links for a straightforward explanation on how to use these two programs.

I have them. Any legality to all the "new" adapters they have out now?
