I was positive I had all of my router settings and everything was correct.... I then tried this one thing which affected my downloads a lot.... I got up to 570kB/s down instead of 40kB/s....

Right Click on the task go to properties and go to advanced.... I have a 40kB/s upload, I set the maximum for that one task to 25kB/s up and my downloads jumped.... make sure you unthrottle it after you download... always have a ration of at least 1.5 when you stop :D

I already had it set at the top preferences to 35.... my max is around 47-48.... Then I set it per a task and my downloads shot straight up.... strange....

Is it ok if I have a 42upload rate and my downlaod rate is only going less than 100kb's! I find it strange because I have a DSL speed and I think 100kb's or less is to slow.
