Ok I am going to say this very plainly. How Fing blind are you, if you look at the fourth picture in the url djrazor sent it is on the back side of the board.

Just once I would like to see some one use some grey matter. Get off you A$$ and do some research. It seem that most people under a certian age are just to frigging lazy. You want some one to do all the work for you.

So with that good luck in your pot adjustment!!!!!

Just a notice: My reply is going to be rather direct and to the point. Not flaming or insulting mind you. Just brutaly honest, so if you have a problem dealing with that, don't read any further.

Because it showed detailed pictures and had detailed text explaining them that specificly addressed and exactly answered your question. Short of simply not reading or paying attention to what was presented, there really is no legimiate justification for not getting it.

The truth comes out. "Lazy". IE, that "I don't want to have to actually make any effort myself. Just tell me what I want to know so I can start playing pirated games." mentality that royaly p--ses off most people. After all, you're the one wanting to do this for yourself. By default there is a certain degree of responcibility on your part in achiving that goal. Sorry if this seems harsh, but if you're so lasy that you can't be bothered to make an effort to help yourself, you don't deserve and have no business doing it at all.

BTW, when "I" was 16, I was designing electronic circuits (self taught), etching my own circuit boards (self taught), building audio digitizers for my Commodore (self taught) and writting my own programs in Basic and 6502 Assembly (self taught). So please don't try to suggest your personal choice of lasyness as somehow being associated with age or any other non sense. If I could teach myself programming from scratch, the very LEAST you can do is take the time to read and study the detailed exact step by step answer to your own question.

How exactly did yo learn how to desighn your own cercuit boards? What program do you use to create your own programs?

It's just some of the questions i came across of the road of life, or should i say in 5min while reading someone elses tread, whatever suits you.

I have to agree. Funga was just being a brainless little kid. He's obviously failing school since he lacks any form of reading comprehension.

And for his comment? When I was -12-, I already had a reading and comprehension level akin to a 3rd year English university student. Your excuse was even lazier than you apparently are. When someone rubs your face in the answer, not even 2 hours after you ask it, it's best to open your eyes and read it.

But, since you can't even be arsed to read matter on the very subject you showed interest in, I can only imagine the long line of F's on your report cards.

Trust me, you're more likely to learn proper reading comprehension by playing the old skool console RPGs than you are by reading internet forums.

And just what would they accuse you of doing, when you're 13, that would make other schools refuse to take you back? Burn it down, murder all the teachers and shoot all the other students in the face with a howitzer?

Sure, Artlover went a bit overboard, but it doesn't change the fact that he's right.

That guide on modthatcube is incredibly detailed, considering it had a damn picture of the circuit board with the pot circled.

The only part I don't agree with is the very LEAST you can do is take the time to read and study the detailed exact step by step answer to your own question. I don't agree with it because it doesn't even require a person to study the guide at all. Just LOOKING AT THE PICTURES is enough. It's that simple. It's like all funga did was quickly scan the pain, get confused, and ask for more help when it wasn't even necessary. That action alone is what justified Artlover's post.

O.K I agree he should have looked over the whole page. My point is that this site should be used to encourage others to learn and in turn share there knowledge with others who are just getting started.

Instead art tried to be-little him and boost his own ego at the same time. I say great for you Art if you taught yourself all those things yes you should be proud but why not encourage the newbies (of which I am one)to want to learn. I am guilty of being impatient myself looking for an answer to a question and not doing a little more reading to find it.

I am sure most of us have once or twice. Why not make yourself look good by helping instead of slamming someone who just wants to learn.
