Thunderbird help, restoring old profiles.

Hoping someone can help here. I recently lost functionality of my old hard drive, so bought a new one, and installed a fresh Windows 7, and redid my applications, including Thunderbird.

Now, on my old hard drive, which i have hooked up as a slave to move my files over to the new hard drive, I had 2 profiles for thunderbird saved, and want to restore them, problem is i dont remember how i did it the last time.

Another thing, the old hard drive was running on XP, when the profiles were saved (the folder looks like xxxxxxxx.default)...I am hoping this is not a concern....

anyone have any thoughts, they are greatly appreciated.
