    ram http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231122
    psu http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139004

always get a good name brand psu like corsair. cheap psu will go bad and can take your whole computer with it. you can save a few dollars by getting gskill ram which i prefer over adata. every thing else looks good. that case wouldn't be my first choice but if thats what you want it will be fine. if you plan on overclocking to above 4ghz a new heatsink will be a good idea.

there is a simple fan speed fix that you can use. or you can get a model with an aftermarket cooler.

i would use xp because vista is not worth it right now. dx10 does not provide much visual gain and has a big performance hit. you can get an oem of xp home for $85 and xp pro for $140. xp home should do fine unless you need the extra networking stuff like domains.

Krj's recommendations are wise, Raidmax PSUs are awful, and that Coolermaster case is much better as well.

Well they won't fit in the nine hundred, not at the front anyway. Not sure about the three hundred, but by the looks of it, the 300 uses the same setup.

Yeah they'll be fine, Antec's own fans are 25mm thick as well. Just beware those fans will probably be quite noisy, and they won't light up without a UV light source in the case (unless you don't care about them being illuminated of course :))
