I recently signed up with Time Warner Cable as my ISP (Road Runner, no choice in this area unfortunately) and I noticed the service guy connected the modem with a cable line he ran from our closet. For giggles, a few days later, I unscrewed the cable from the modem and attached it to my TV...and I was viewing their basic package(100 channels or so). We didn't order the TV+internet package, only internet, so why am I actually getting TV service, also, will they know that I was able to access their television service?
