I just got a custom PC built. P4 3.0Ghz 128mb Radeon 9200 Video card with DVI out, DVD-RW. Can anyone tell me some tips after setting up the PC. Like, what drive should I install most of my software: itunes, Microsoft office, anti-virus... I am using bit-defender, windows firewall, and anti-spam as security. I use Mozilla for my browser. Will purchasing a screen saver slow my system down? What other steps should I take for security? Know anyways to optimize my computer.
i would recomend AVG anti virus for all your antivirus needs. I would also recomend getting peerguardain it is a firewall that blocks spyware/adaware,MPAA,RIAA,gov., and ads.
