Try RipIt4Me. I think what it does is if it encounters an error it will skip it and then pad the sector so the playback is smooth.

If DVDFAB Decrypter and ISO Buster can't get the job done, then your chance of ripping them scratches/dirty movies is pretty much slim.

might be that the scratches are not causing the errors at all,
it might be copy protection that is stopping it

i doubt it is copy protection......

In my experience, if DVDfab decrypter couldn't rip a movie then nothing could. Also, you could run it through vobblanker to try and fix any errors that may have been ripped. I have rescued more than a couple movies with this method.

i have tried all of those solutions and my problem-solver has always been the same. 1clickdvd copy, the best thing at scratched discs. intervideo copy is second and fabdecrypter is third.

why do you doubt it isnt copy protection?
he hasnt posted back since he made the thread, nearly 10 days ago.
maybe flyimages is assuming the disk are scratched because it stopped
dvd shrink can give the impression the disk is scratched, just because the ripping process has stopped
when in fact the disk's are not damaged at all.
but until he posts back,i suppose we will never know!
    :)
