   hello....iv just built a pc with a titlewave w32 motherboard i hoocked every thing up right and when i power it on i get no video signal..and the hard drive makes a very faint click noise and my x-connect psu's light flickers very faintly also . .....help

   disconnect all cards, ram & cables to motherboard except for videocard, 1 stick of ram & power cable(s). reseat those.
