[TMD] movies and 14fps

    I'm trying to convert TMD movies that are 14fps avi to PAL format on VCD/SVCD.

    Tried changing the framrate to 25fps PAL with Virtualdub and I get fast video with normal sound, so I was wondering if anyone had found a way round this.......

    How about converting straight from the tmd source to vcd/svcd without treating the video stream??

    NOTE: tmd have bad quality because of all the downsampling and everything else involved in the process of making them! You shouldnt bother with these files!
