TMPGE closes 2 minutes from the end of encoding

    Hope i'm not reposting something here...
    i just started using TMPGE recently... at first i encoded an avi without converting it from NTSC to PAL.... when i tried to convert it (i used a different audio source which was converted to 25 fps), it closes with 2 minutes of the video remaining... can anyone help?
    first i used avifrate.exe to change the video framerate, then Besweet GUI to convert the audio stream into a 25 fps one

    first split the movie into 2 bits , use easy video splitter, then convert it..worked with me
