Can someone please hlp me i am having trouble with TmpgEnc 4.0 xpress, i have always use this programe but now i am having problems, i am trying to re-encode my movies, when i place the movie.avi file in source i get a "could not open the video part of the file C:\ect\movie.avi only tyhe audio part can be opened"??? i have reinstalled klite codec pack and also reinstalled tmpgenc, also if i place a mpg in sorce then i get a "could not open the file C:\ect" please help as i am stuck at the moment, thanks in advance
You didn't even identify the avi codec that's being used. Please use gspot or virtualdubmod and do some basic troubleshooting.
