TMPGenc doesn't make any IFO or BUP files

I'm making a DVD, and at 98% of output, there's an Access Denied error. I look into my Video_TS folder, and all the vobs are there, but no IFO or BUP. Is there someway to create them? Or fix the TMPGenc Author error?

 

I do not know how to fix your tool, never used it. However, you can make your IFO and BUP files with IfoEdit,using the VOB files that you have:
