Why does the program not show any thing but a black screen in the preview window. and only audio after encoding no picture. and yes the avi plays just fine befor encoding. PLEASE HELP ME!!!
I had this same problem trying to encode SMR format avi's. The solution I found was installing the SMRpatch (a codec). You can find the patch at www.smrmovies.info. Click on the Navigate button, then choose Downloads. Install it and restart, and see if that fixes your problem.
