TMPGEnc failure

    I downloaded terminator 3 AVI.Plays perfectly, splits perfectly, but TMPGEnc can`t open file.Error cant open or unsupported,any suggestions.

    There are lots of threads for this, but I will explain again. You have to uninstall it and reinstall it. If it doesn't work post again and there are other solutions.

    re-installation? so what the free tmpgenc has to be installed now?

    So it would seem.I think mine was out of date anyway, so I d/loaded latest free, & installed it.

    Ah i see, I have TMPGEnc Plus so i havent downloaded the free version for a while :)
