tmpgenc plus or tmpgenc xpress

    hey guys,
    im currently using tmpgenc plus, iv known that xpress has been out for quiet some time but which is better, i know theyve made express much simpler but does that mean slight loss in quality and can you still mess about in the advanced area in xpress
