TMPGenc Problem

    I used the free tmpgenc, without a problem.
    Now that i bought the plus version, I can't even get connected. I have had it for 1 mth and cannot get any help from the co. I also get to error messages:Error 1714 the older version to tmpgencplus cannot be removed.
    Error 2: 1603 Fatal Error during installation Consult Windows Installer help.
    (MSI.CHM) or MSDN.
    Hope someone can help!

    Couple of questions and I'll see if maybe I can help you out. 1st of all, what version of windows are you running and 2nd, the error 1714 happens when you are running the install of tmpgencplus right? If I'm right on #2 then you could try one thing fairly easily, Try uninstalling the free version from add/remove software under your control panel and then installing the version you purchased. Also you could try booting clean or in a diagnostics mode and running the install.
