when creating a vcd/svcd the avi file i load into TMPGEnc sets the size settings to that of the movie, this obviously varies from movie to movie. People who use this program, do you keep the size setting that of the avi file or do you set it to 352x288 (pal vcd standard) and does the size effect the aspect ratio? thanx in advance..
You can change it to any size a multiple of 8. So use 352x288! As for aspect ratio, click the setting button in TMPGEnc and click the advanced tab, change video arrange method to Full Screen (Keep Aspect Ratio) and the encoding should be ok!
