TMPGenc xpress 3.0 Problem

Hi guys,

I've been using this app for awhile now, and love it.

I just recently got a copy of Ladder 49 and want to convert it to DIVX with it, but for some reason it lags at the 3rd frame. I even tried ripping it to my HD and importing that way, but when I get to the 3rd VOB it states it cannot read video, just audio, then it gives me the chance to go onto the next VOB but the same thing happens.

I know other apps might work, but I don't want to go down that street. There must be a way around it.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
