    I am new to encoding files.Everytime I try to open an avi. file with TMPenc it says "can not open,or unsupported".If it was just one file I could see this happening,but every avi.file says the same thing.Anybody help? I've used mainconcept encoder with these files but wasn't pleased with the results so I know the files are OK.Thanks

    Hi there,

    I have had exactly the same problem. Now that I have finally found an AVI file which does open I get a 'no input' message when I try to convert. Have you had this problem as well?
