I followed the guide posted here. It worked great the first time.

Now the 2nd time when I try it, the Time Remaining sits at 4hrs 17 min. And does not move at all. I let it go all night while I am at work and when I come home 10hrs later its still sitting there, I don't understand why. I followed the same steps I did for the first one.

The time elapsed is running up, but the time remaining just sits there, and nothing is going on.

Make sure you don't have screensaver on. Also make sure your machine do not go on stnadby/sleep mode. Set your power options to Never. Press CTRL+ALT+DEL and see if Nero stops responding.

To add to what nasayin said, make sure your power options are set to never kill the hard drives or go into an idle hibernation mode as Nero will stop its processes.

I dont have a screensaver, all power options are all set to never. Standby/sleep mode is off. When I press Alt-Ctrl-Del It shows it as running.

It also says In red lettering something like this.

"The disc you are trying to save to does not have enough space"

something along those lines. Which doesnt make sense because I am saving it as the ISO on the desktop. It says its needs 11GB and I have 34GB left.

Try saving to the C: instead of the desktop, see what it says...

Try running disk defragment and disk cleanup. See if that helps

ran disc cleanup and disk defrag, and still says

"Your project currently requires more disc space than available on the selected destination device"

I dont get it, it worked the first time.

How big is your hard drive? My only other suggestion is to either free up some space or go out and buy a secondary hard drive.

    Or perhaps an external HDD?
