hi u have to go into the main menu to change ur subscriber to what u have then go to control panel select parental screen and follow the set up from there
thanks but iam with virgin i cant find it in their i have it on tl and can get some channels not movies or sport i had it all up intill today any suggestions
hi iam not having any joy here lol iam not getting any channels with ntl iam getting channels with tellywest but not all of them iam with virgin so i think its tellywest i would use but the channels with the doller signs say up dating all the time
What version software you running on the box? If its not V4 then you have inputted the wrong codes If its its V4 you need to follow my instructions above, but when you go to Menu and type 1570 - you need to press defualt key and turn EMU on and exit out and see what happens.
you need to to find what the correct provider is for your area and what the correct freq's to use also

Thats the type of box, press menu, system info and tell me what it says, it should give you the version software you are using.
Right so your not on version 4, you need to find out what the correct provider is for your area, If its Virgin now, who was it before? Before you load anything you need to verify if your box is genuine or a clone, use the search faciilty on the site, you will find a concise step by step on how to do this.
hi i have checked the box it is genuine and it was tellywest if that helps i live in blackpool dont no if that changes anythink thanks
If it was telewest, try a autoscan on this provider, if its a genuine box, load V4 software, this will auto-roll when the codes change, so do a factory re-set and scan on telewest and see what comes in.
