First of all hello to everyone, I am kind of a new here.

Secondly I am not sure how popular Top Gear is among you all, but I just love the program. Anyway now to my problem.

The name of the dvd is "Top Gear: Richard Hammond's Interactive Challenge"
with the image showing the protections.

I have tried shrink, nero, anydvd, dvd decrypter, all to no avail. Can anybody please give me some suggestions.

I even tried ripping to hdd using anydvd 6479, but it rips only 234Mb of the shown 6.9 gb of the dvd.

So when I play it, it just loops the menu and dosen't go on to the main program.

I have never used dvdfab as I have always been happy with shrink and nero.

I saw a thread for "You don't mess with the zohan" which seemed to have similar protections where many seem to have tried dvdfab.

Anybody have any other suggestions?? Thanks in advance.

I just realised I had never seen the "Found & removed invalid VOBUs!" for any other dvds.

Has anyone seen this before ??

You can also try dvdfab hd decrypter. That may also work.

Thanks for the suggestions to both of you.
I felt ripit4me was a bit complicated, so I tried dvdfab and it worked.

So thank you very much, but I am still amazed as I had never found a dvd or dvd protection that the latest version of anydvd could not handle.

So I still wonder why it did not work with anydvd. If anyone knows let me know, but anyway thanks everyone... love this forum.

SPAM Converter is one of the few programs that I can say I truly love.
