Ok they are missing one important item and that is to find private or semi private torrent sites like bithq(for movies) and blackcats-games(for games). these sites weed out all the garbage and from my experience using blackcats and bithq I have not had one problem and I have downloaded around 300 to 400 gigs of material and most of the files are RAR. Finding a good reliable site is by far the most important. Larger sized torrents ie games or full dvds all almost always RAR so if you avoid RAR files your selection will be very limited.
One more thing, if the file has been posted a couple of days and never completed, it's more than likely a fake. Fakes will download to about 90%. Axxo is good but so are Diamond, Vomit, Lol, iMBT, smokie and plenty more I'm forgetting. You'll definitely need to unrar most.
