This is a semi restriced topic, so don't be a noob and post something off limits... Anyway, I am very angered at the fact that no torrents work! Like, the only torrents that even begin to work are those that are just 'Trial' versions of the game! It makes me soo mad... sure I could BUY the game, but I don't want to. Well I guess if I don't find a reliable source soon, I will have to buy the games -Remeber, this is not a request, nor is it an invitation, to talk about a restricted topic
This will probubley get closed because you are talking about piracy and you obviousley don't know anything about how torrents work, and i'm glad about that because you want to pirate games. If you buy the game the manufactures will have more profit and will make more and could be better games.

You could always wait until the games go $5 - $10. Popular games take a while, but most games get there within a month or so. Or, if you have friends, just buy one copy and split it. Then take turns playing or whatever. BTW, you should do some research on torrents before complaining. They are actually quite good. I will probably release my original music, games, and movies through torrents (when I finish that is) because it is an easy way to share your stuff.
90% of bit torrents i have tried work...and don't bitch about things that you get for free. its like someone giving you a car and complaining because you don't like the color.
This is true, but, you could have put it in nicer terms... With this you actually get the car though, with the torrents, I dont gain anything... Same! But those are only the trial's of games... did you actually read my post?
You obviously don't have it configured, make sure you know where the files are going, get a good client like uTorrent, limit your upload to 80% make sure you have a high speed connection (broadband), make sure you know where the downloaded files are going, make sure the torrent is not registered with a private tracker which you are not registered with. You can get mich faster speed on trackers such as torrentleech.org you get most of the new stuff there. But the site is closed - invites only. -Mike

How about firewalls you are running? Have you forwarded the ports? And does your ISP block BitTorrent traffic? -Mike
Firewall: Off, Forwarded ports: I dont know... (i dont even know what that is) ISP: I also dont know... I dont think so (Deutsch Telecom? [T]) Um, I do not think that it is blocked... because all of the 'Try then buy' games work on the downloads... none of the full ones though.... -Thanks for your continued help
