I am having the same problems as every one else with my Toshiba dvd-rom. I have tried everything that I know to try and it still does not work. I am using an older laptop and my thinking is that I am using the wrong software. What software is every one using? Thanks for your help.
Sorry about my fist post. After rereading it I realized that I wasn't very clear. My question should have been: What DVD playing software makes this dvd player work? Thanks.
