    Hello,

I have a Toshiba computer that can no longer connect to the internet via wi-fi, but when I connect it via cable it works. No message at all reports that something is broken and on the network configurqtion menu it is marked that there are no active networks.

The computer model is Toshiba satellite pro L500-1WN and Windows 7 is installed on it. I tried to re-install the drivers on it, but nothing happenned and to be honest I wasn't sure if it was the right one.

What is the problem and how should I proceed to fix it?

    Regards

According to toshibas support website they have about 6 versions of the L500 series. You will have to find the correct one. They have technical bulletins in regards to the problem you are having. Were you able to try a system restore to see if that would maybe solve your problem?

Making sure that the Wifi is enabled?

Check your services.msc and make sure wireless zero configuration is enabled and started.
