Toshiba Satellite A60

    None of my drives are coming up on my laptop. Also i have an external dvd burning drive and that shows up as a new hardware but wont play anything?? How can i fix this?

    any exclamation marks in device manager? any error codes like 19 or 39?

    yah it has exclamation marks with yellow background

    where is the exclamation mark located on as in the drives or the ide controllers?

    uninstall the drives in device manager, restart windows so it can find new hardware & load it's drivers. any error codes like 19 or 39?
