Hello everyone! I wasnt sure where to post this. I am a computer dummy, and i need some help.

I was wanting to take a video off my computer and put it on a video camera (analog) or vcr, and if i want to, put it back on the computer to edit it.

I know i need a sound card and video card. I believe i need in/outs on both s/v card correct?

I found a cheapsite newegg.com and i want to order my cards from them. The question is, which cards do i get?? I dont need the top of the line. I want something that'll do the job. My max limit is 200, but if i can get something pretty good cheaper, then that'll be great! If you can please give model numbers and name brands so i can search, i would greatly appreciate it

All your info would be greatly appreciated

I would say that the easiest way to do this is to use tv-out from your video card to record on vhs first then you would need to use a tv card to record on the computer again.

newegg is the best online computer store and actually i would say the best computer store period. they won an award too. i get ALL my things from there. I forgot to mension this in my last post to your message but this is what you should get from newegg:
    1) http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=14-125-127&catalog=48&depa=0

    2) http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProdu...-100-103&catalog=47&manufactory=BROWSE&depa=0

Keep in mind that the tv card i showed you isnt a great one but it would get the job. I would recommend you wait until newegg has the WinFast TV2000 XP Deluxe back in stock. Its a mighty fine card!!

If you would rather buy the stuff now then here is the link to the WinFast TV2000 XP Deluxe in another site: http://accupc.com/search_result_k.jsp?keyword=WinFast+TV2000+XP+Deluxe&x=12&y=3
