Check your antenna setup in the receiver. Make sure your switch settings are correct for each sat if using multiple sats. The switch settings have to match the sat input. Thats usually the problem with no signal/quality if it worked before. If this is a new setup then your dish may not be aimed right or it moved. Sometimes doing a factory reset(will clear all channels)and then a rescan brings back all channels. Hard to tell with the info given. Jerry
