    Hi all.

I hope someone can help me out here ive been searching 5 hours tonight on the net and cant find anything....

Well ive not long had a new computer a Dell Dimension 5150c, had it 3 weeks now. I copied all my albums off my old computer onto disks and so i have put them all on my new computer. Went to copy a CD with the built in DVD-R and it was really slow and couldnt be doing with it so i brought an External one last week. The thing thats really bugging me is that its not writing the CD TEXT onto the audio CD even the built in DVD-R doesnt do this is using Nero 6? I have been through every option/preferences trying to get it to copy but its not having any of it! Now it cant be the albums as they copied fine on the old computer so it must be something on this new one i have? Im running on Windows Media Center.
Ive even used WMP/iTunes and Burrrrrn to burn then album and none of them put the CD TEXT on even though i have selected it? im pulling my hair out as its really bugging me. The DVD writer has CD TEXT compatability and everything on it.
Here is a screen shot i did just after i copied an album and i put the copied album back in and this is what i get just track 1/2/3/4.. and so on..

I hope someone can help me out here thanks.

    Hey,

Well ive just downloaded Jet Audio, played the CD and it said was unable to find database information or something and it just plays track 1/2/3/4.. and so on again with unknown album. Tried the CD in the car as that reads cd text too and still no hope! I used to have no problems at all like this. Could it be some kind of security/privacy settings on the computer?

Look this is why i need to find out why my computer wont copy CD TEXT!! And with the use of 4 different burners and NONE of them will copy CD TEXT even with the CD-TEXT boxs ticked! I have had no problem doing it on my previous computer like i said! It must be something on the system.

All those post went because of a server glitch ! And I dont remember what they were --- Sorry !

Although judging by Nayuk2001 last response -- Look this is why i need to find out why my computer wont copy CD TEXT!! And with the use of 4 different burners and NONE of them will copy CD TEXT even with the CD-TEXT boxs ticked! I have had no problem doing it on my previous computer like i said! It must be something on the system.

THEY were not useful to his problem -- so maybe someone can answer his query!
