I have an audio/video clip on a CD-R disc, i saved it in my documents from an email attachment. Is it possible to transfer the content onto a dvd disc? It plays in my computer but obviously it wouldn`t play in anything else. Any Clues?

We need clues from you. What format is the file. Check file extension (e.g. .avi, .mov, .wmv, etc.).

You don't need the email, like mentioned above, what is the extension of the file? You can open it with GSpot and will tell you what codec was used. If you want to convert it and burn it to a DVD that will play in a standalone player, DVD Flick will probably do that.

Cannot see the image. Follow the DVD Flick guide(you said the videos are already saved in your computer).

I put that image thru Image Shack but sometimes it doesn`t work. The image was of the G spot when i run it with file at top left and video at right. No i haven`t got the cd audio/video still saved i`ve only got it on the CD-R.

    Oh, man!
Go to your "Desktop, right-click on "My Computer" and choose "Explore". Your CD-DVD drive will show, right click on it and choose "Explore" again. Drag the video from your CD into a folder in your computer.

Thank You i`m really grateful for your assistance. I did manage to get the CD-R file into a folder on my computer and tried it in DVD Flick but found the file to be a WMV so it would not add it, but now i know how to do it. Thanks. All of us at times need some assistance to learn and grow as there are some things we have not come across before and none of us are clair voyant enough to find it or spend a lot of time guessing. OH MAN-Cheers to you

:), glad you figured it out! DVD Flick should work with WMV files, don't know why it would give you a hard time( maybe corrupt or something). ConvertxtoDVD is another application that you can try or FAVC. Look for some guides here on AD.
    Cheers.

I tried Convertx to dvd and it worked fine but it was only a trial version. It is not free and the price is out of my range. I`ll contact DVD Flick and ask them about adding WMV. Cheers
