I have Canon PowerShotA95, trying to transfer pics from pc back to camera (these are exact same pics. that were transfered to pc & now trying to bring back to camera memory card) I've tried copy/paste drag/drop but no go Some say if any of these pics have been edited by any editing program then I will not be able to make this transfer, well some pics are & some aren't but nothing will transfer or will not allow me. Do I need to do anything special or need software/hardware. No, my pc doesn't have card reader. Thank you,
easy solution is to get a USB card reader and copy and paste to card! They are cheap and it's a must have to digital camera users! what if you're visiting a relative and your card is all used up. You can download the pictures in that relative's computer and keep taking pictures! Send pictures Email and such! You can do many things with a USB card reader! Well worth the money...... and even transfer your pictures BACK ONTO THE CARD! all this for about $15.00 - $25.00! here is an all in one: http://sandisk.com/Products/Item(1151)-SDDR-99-A15-SanDisk_ImageMate_5In1_ReaderWriter.aspx there are plenty of other brands that are cheaper or more expensive..... but a must have. I suggest you get it, if your camera doesn't have the capability to transfer back and forth!
here is another idea! Plug your camera into the computer....... then use a program like VSO Image Resizer. Select your images to be transfered and then select your camera to be the DESTINATION which should be able to transfer your pictures back to the card in your camera! HOPEFULLY! good luck.
Problem: Most cameras if you modify any picture or resize the image and save it it will never read on the camera again. so most likely you may be in trouble if you try
