Transfer songs from mp3 player to pc?

    I have a philips HDD120 and was wonderin if there is a way to transfer the songs from the player to my pc? thanks

    u kidding me?all you have to do is when you open your mp3 player on the computer right click the mp3 file and go to send to and click on my documents.

    Does anyone know how to do this with a sony mp3 player?
    My laptop is away for repare and I desperately need to update my mp3 player for college
    But i don't want to lose the songs already on there.
    I have found sites that show you how do to it with an iPod but I can't find a way for mine.
