I recently came into possession of a couple of boxes of beta video tapes with a few VHSs thrown in. Most of these are home tapes of family members along with a few long since departed tv shows. I want to put not only my own collection of vhs tapes on dvd but also these ancient beta format tapes. Do any kind souls out their in AD land have any ideas about the best way to accomplish this feat. Any advice would be most welcome. May all beings be endowed with happiness
For the VHS a VCR to play the tapes and a TV/TUNNER type of capture card that you could hook the VCR up to your computer Same with beta, A Beta machine that can hook up in some way to a Capture card on your computer.
