TRANSFERRING games on cell phone

i have a few cell phone games on my computer (each is about 3 files, 50 or so kb..) ALL games tend to have a jar file.

So, my question is... how do i transfer these files onto my cell phone? i have a motorola v186 (java capable) and yes i do have mobile phono tools.
