CD0728 you really should send both slysoft and dvdfab the ifo's so they can check and release update if needed.
Which Transformers are you talking about? Animated, The Movie, The Motion Picture, Transformers Revenge Of The Fallen (Not Out Yet)?
Right On, can't wait to get that one. I overlooked the output, sorry. When will they decide on a Transformers 3? What will it be called Megatron's Return? Galvatron?
If you're trying to back up with directly with DVD Shrink with AnyDVD running in the background, this won't work according to the Slysoft folks.. You need to use the built-in AnyDVD ripper and rip to your HDD first.. With legacy programs like DVD Shrink (not updated in years), even though AnyDVD removed the "structural protection", DVD Shrink still has trouble reading the disc. To use the built-in ripper, just right-click on the fox icon and select "Rip Video DVD to Harddisk". Easiest place to save is on your desktop (that way you won't forget to delete when you're done backing up the DVD.
So is this strictly a AnyDVD thread for Transformers 2? Or for Fab also since the 1st post mentioned Fab didn't work as well. We have it here by me also. Some Video Stores get them in early. Let me know that way I can wait for Fab's take on this. Thnx as always.
I think i have been able to successfully back up Transformers 2 using both anydvd and dvd shrink. first you need the latest anydvd beta version (AnyDVD 6.5.9.3 beta) http://sandbox.slysoft.com/beta/SetupAnyDVD6593.exe I have tried the other beta versions, and this was the first one i could right click on the fox icon and copy video to hard disk without errors. Once that is done, open shrink and open transformer 2 files. It will come up as 4,851GB in size (even with deep analysis..stays same size). back up as iso file. After finished, open disc image in dvd shrink and load the iso you just made. When it encodes, it will make it proper dvd5 size. Then, save as iso or vob files (your choice) Worked great for me...just testing the burn because people have said there are menu problems...will update once burned
so getting it on the computer is the easy part...once burned there is a menu problem...if you start watching it...movie plays fine..after chapter one though, skips to end credits..then to another scene...and chapters are all out of whack...will update once i can fix
Can't decrypt Transformers 3 revenge of the fallen, tried any dvd with shrink, dvd fab, and clone dvd no dice. Please help
I went through shrink and found there are two titles of the movie. title96 and title47 (47 is the one that's not all messed up). still trying to find a way to remove title 96 version of movie and re author to get dvd working properly
