Thanks my trial ran out of anydvd and id rather not bother with it. This method works great. You get a few error popups b4 it start but hit ignore all and it works xD

I was trying 6.5.7.4 before I realized that there was a new encryption going around. This is the worst one i've seen to date. However, 6.5.9.5 appears to be up to the challenge. Funny, looking at the encryption window, it doesn't look that bad! DvdFab didn't even come close. I imagine given time, they'll release a fix. If not already...

I'll post back about my success, if there is indeed a success story LOL!

Ok, it looks like a complete success so far. By the way. Disc 1 doesn't have any special features to speak of, so not maintaining the Menu(111Mb is negligible) really isn't gonna effect the overall video quality...
I try and keep things original as possible though...

I ma a little lost, I have been using different programs for quite a while with no problem until today. I dowload the latest anydvd 6.5.9.5. I can not rip directly to my HD. I get an message; IFO Titles 0. Any thoughts? On status (ANydvd) the dvd is titled-- Video DVD (or CD) label: TRANSFORMERS2_D1_VANILLA. Is this a differently copied DVD? I am only familiar with CloneDVD, srink and dvdfab.

Perhaps your disc is flawed somehow. But I doubt it. Thats fairly rare. Did you try to rip it from a different drive. Sometimes one drive will behave differently than another...

when I try to use dvdfab and clonedvd it states that there only 2 files available for a total of 3 secs. I only have on drive on this computer.

As far as I know, DvdFab CANNOT rip the new Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen! Once anydvd has decrypted the files, THEN dvdfab can work with the files...

I apologize for my typing. I read the thread, just thought I would try dvdfab anyway. Should of not wasted my time with dvdfab until an update is available. I just dont understand why clonedvd is only pulling up 2 files. I have read the thread a second time and maybe be missing something. I am old in age and new to post even though I have been reading threads on afterdawn for several years with almost 100% sucess. Any thoughts would be appericated.

Its easy guys... With DVDFAB 6.0.7.0

    1. Remove disk

    2. Boot dvdfab and goto settings and then pathplayer and disable it.

    3. put disk in and select main movie.

    4. when all the movies pop up select title 47

    5. you might get errors but just hit ignore all and keep ignoring them.

    6. hit the next button when it pops up (might take bit)

    7. it should eventually start ripping.

(if you get some errors before it starts ripping just hit ignore all)

Thanks to paschal93 for the info.

Jegrnick, I'm not a techie guy, but there must be some other problem you must be having, I used anydvd 6595 with clone and no problem at all as many others have had the same success.

Title 47...Oh I see. Your going for just movie mode. Eh, anydvd ripped and cleaned on the fly, and since the menu's are incredibly small, and no bonus features on disc 1...
    1. Anydvd 6.5.9.5
    2. Rebuilder
    3. Imgburn
    Done :D

My dual core did it in 69 minutes :0

And thanks to CCE, it looks almost like the original.
