Hey guys, im new to the forum but somewhat knowledged in computers. My problem is that i have a movie split into multiple .ts files, im trying to either merge them or encode them into .mkv but still with the x264 quality. I've tried NullPacketStripper and when I try to merge my 5 files together I get sync errors and my output file is only about 1GB when it should be 22GB.

I have also tried HDTVtoMPEG2 and whenever I add files to the conversion the program closes/exits without any popup message or anything.

Also tried MeGUI and using the D2V indxer to convert my .ts and I get the error

"Cant find audio or video data. Ensure that your PIDS are set correctly in the stream menu, No data check your PIDS."

I have the klitecodec pack version 3.9.0 I believe. Do I have bad files or am I doing something wrong? Any input would be appreciated.

o and srry if this isnt in the correct subfourm, figured this one would be acceptable.

    Try MPEG_Streamclip.
Select all the files to be appended. It may prompt to fix stream breaks as it loads the files.
Click 'File' 'Export to mpeg4' and choose compression settings as required.
If the original resolution is selected, it's probably going to take overnight to convert.
