Trim VOB files - Pull Short Scenes

    I would like to trim ( some short scenes from a vob file. What is a freeware program that will allow me to do this?

    so cool. that was so easy and I didnt even read the thread. I need to read it to make sure I dont miss out on something but I have already done what I want to do.
