    hi,

is this your own personal computer? i dont enjoy "tech service centers" posting hjt logs and then charging a customer for a service somebody else does.

Looks like a personal machine.. but same applies.. You work for a tech service center and can't fix it? Hope I never need your companies services...

Now if you knew how to use google you would know this one is a problem..
    O2 - BHO: Catcher Class - {ADECBED6-0366-4377-A739-E69DFBA04663} - C:\Program Files\Moyea\FLV Downloader\MoyeaCth.dll - delete it in safe mode..

and then we have this one

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [nvchost] C:\WINDOWS\winlogon.exe

    Kind - Fuzzy Algorithmcheck (2.72 / 5.00), Nasty

tick both and use HJT to fix..

    then do this.. http://www.ozzu.com/ftopic34568.html

that will be $85 thanks ;-)

Hey guys this is my personal cpu. I DO work at a tech service place but I mostly do hardware installation I'm not great with Virus help. I did what you told me to do and followed by deleting that Moyea program. one of the files couldnt delete no matter what I did so I went to some tech support and a guy told me about that unlocker tool.

I only have one virus remaining now it shows up as trojan-backdoor-spabot

the legit winlogon.exe is found in the system32 dir.

does that security suite include a anti-malware component?

    do a online scan here:
    F-secure scan:
    http://support.f-secure.com/enu/home/ols.shtml

    uses Internet Explorer only

click on the "start scanning button" near bottom of page.
click to accept/install the ActiveX applet
"accept" the License Agreement, click "full system scan"
Once the download completes, the scan will begin automatically.Download may take awhile
The scan will take some time to finish.
When the scan completes, click the Automatic cleaning (recommended) button.
