Trouble burning a burnt movie

    I sucessfully backed up the movie Constantine. When trying to recreate an iso image for decryptor using dvd shrink, it said there were errors. To go around it I tried to copy files exactally through roxio (adding it in file mode). It appeared it worked successfully, but when going through chapters of the new burn, the last 5 chapters are deleted with a piracy warning as a display. Is there any way to get a successful duplicate copy. What I don't understand is there was no encryption on the burnt movie. It works on my stand alone player and thats all I care about. Unfortunately, my original dvd got lost and I don't have it to solve my problems. Please help.

    load the copy to dvd decrypter then iso read and iso write

    You better hope you used good media for your initial backup, or your going to have problems copying even with dvd decrypter.

    Unfortunately ignoring errors didn't fare any better. It just continues going on forever saying it can't read sectors. Any good software out there that can duplicate a dvd exactally without some piracy mechanism to screw things up? Another question is how is it possible for roxio to put piracy warnings on a dvd that was created to remove all encryption. I'm baffled. Thx.

    I was successful making a copy of this movie using Dvdfab Decrypter, then doing the Shrink thing and letting Shrink burn it with Dvd Decrypter.

    When I originally created it I had no problem using dvd shrink to dvd decryptor. Now that I want to make a duplicate copy based on the burnt dvd, there is where lies my problem. Please help.

    I wouldnt know about Roxio, and rather or not, it puts anti-piracy screens on your backups.Roxio causes conflicts with all kinds of software, so I wouldnt have it on my computer.
    You have yet to tell us what kind of media you used to make the initial backup?
    If you used cheap media,your chances of copying the backup are slim.

    You say dvd decrypter wont work even when you have it set to ignore read errors?
    I'm afraid you could be in trouble trying to copy those.
    Go through and tweak dvd decrypter a bit more,this guide was written by my friend ScubaPete,if this doesnt work,I dont know what will.
